1. 事業者

2. 扱う情報
- 体の動き（スマートフォンの加速度センサーの値）
- 音の大きさの値（利用者がオンにした場合のみ。記録には寝返りなどの音の回数だけを残し、音声そのものは録音・保存・送信しません）
- アラームの設定、睡眠の記録、目覚めの気分の入力
3. 利用目的
アラームを鳴らすタイミングの判断と、記録の表示のためだけに使います。
4. 保存場所と送信
情報は利用者の端末の中だけに保存します。当方はサーバーを持たず、情報が当方に送信されることはありません。広告や解析のためのツール（SDK）も使っていません。
ただし、利用者が端末の設定で許可した場合、Apple・Google から、個人を特定しない形のクラッシュ等の診断情報や、ストアの集計情報を受け取ることがあります。また、お問い合わせの際にいただいたメールアドレスと内容は、返信のためだけに使います。
また、端末の設定によっては、iCloud や Google のバックアップ機能により、記録が各社のサービスに保存されることがあります。この場合の取り扱いは各社の規約・ポリシーに従います。
5. 購入について
プレミアムの購入は Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が処理します。当方は購入者の氏名や支払い情報を受け取りません。各社のプライバシーポリシーもご確認ください。
6. 利用する端末の権限
- モーション（体の動きの計測）
- マイク（任意。音の大きさの計測のみ）
- 通知、アラーム、ロック画面への表示（アラームを鳴らすため）
7. 削除
アプリの設定の「すべての記録を削除」、又はアプリの削除により、端末内の情報を消去できます。
8. 子どもの利用
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。
9. 海外の利用者
当方は情報を保有しないため、開示・訂正・削除は端末上で行えます。ご不明な点はお問い合わせください。
10. 改定
このポリシーを改定するときは、本ページで内容と日付を示します。

2. Information handled
- Body movement (values from the phone's motion sensor)
- Sound level values (only if you turn this on; only the number of sounds such as turning over is kept in your records, and audio itself is never recorded, stored, or sent)
- Alarm settings, sleep records, and mood entries
3. Purpose
Used only to decide when to ring the alarm and to show your records.
4. Storage
All information is stored only on your device. We operate no servers and receive none of your information. The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
However, if you allow it in your device settings, we may receive crash and diagnostic reports that do not identify you, as well as aggregated store statistics, from Apple or Google. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.
Depending on your device settings, records may be included in iCloud or Google backups; such backups are handled under those companies' terms and policies.
5. Purchases
Premium purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your name or payment information.
6. Device permissions
- Motion (to measure movement)
- Microphone (optional; sound level only)
- Notifications, alarms, lock-screen display (to ring the alarm)
7. Deletion
Use "Delete all data" in Settings, or delete the App, to erase the information on your device.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.
9. Users outside Japan
Because we hold none of your information, access, correction, and deletion can be done on your device. Contact us with any questions.
10. Changes
We will post any changes and their date on this page.
